Suppliers & equipment rental

Alkareem for General Contracting invites quotations for the rental of the following equipment for the Dakhla Project, New Valley:

1. Motor grader — qty 1 — 140 hp or above (CAT 140 or equivalent), with rear ripper.
2. Vibratory roller — qty 1 — 10 t or above, smooth drum.

Scope: grading and compaction of earth layers and internal roads at the project site.
Expected rental period: 3 months, extendable.
Working regime: 10 hours/day, 26 days/month.

Terms:
- Monthly rate per machine, including operator (wages and insurance), excluding VAT (state separately).
- Diesel, operator accommodation and meals are borne by Alkareem.
- Routine maintenance, spare parts, oils and breakdown repairs are borne by the lessor, with a replacement within 48 hours of any breakdown.
- State model, year of manufacture, condition, and mobilisation/demobilisation cost to and from site separately.
- Minimum monthly hours and the extra-hour rate.
- Payment terms and offer validity (minimum 30 days).
