Chairman's message

Since Alkareem was founded in 2015, our aim has been bigger than delivering a project or chasing quick growth: we set out to build a strong, lasting institution that clients trust and partners rely on.

We started from clear principles: meeting deadlines, getting the details right and dealing honestly. With every project we have delivered for the state, from universities to residential and service compounds, our experience has deepened and our ambition has grown.

We measure strength not only by the volume of work, but by the ability to endure and improve, and by building a team that knows how to turn a plan into a standing building. What we have achieved so far is one step on a long road we walk with confidence.

Executive Director's message

Every plan succeeds or fails on execution.

Delivery quality and commitment are the true measure of a project's success and the basis of our clients' trust. We therefore keep developing our delivery system, raising the capability of our teams and strengthening coordination between departments.

We follow every stage of the work closely and respond quickly and flexibly to site challenges, while holding the standard the Alkareem name calls for. Our aim is that every plan becomes a tangible achievement, and every new project adds to our record.
